The Lower Rum River Watershed Management Organization (LRRWMO) is a “joint powers special purpose unit of government including the cities of Ramsey, Anoka, and portions of Andover” (see map below). As a WMO, the LRRWMO’s Watershed Management Plan guides all of their activities.

The LRRMO meets the 3rd Thursday of the month at 8:00 am at the Anoka City Hall. For more information about the LRRWMO, check out their website at http://www.lrrwmo.org/.
