Anoka County addresses local water resource issues in a cooperative effort with the Anoka Conservation District, 21 communities (cities and township), 7 watershed management organizations, lake associations, and other interested parties. Anoka County’s 446 square miles is the fourth-most-populous county in Minnesota, with a population of over 350,000 people.
